Premiere of Czech Machines from ROZMITAL at the Swiss Agrama Exhibition in Bern

The Czech agricultural machinery manufacturer, Strojírny Rožmitál s.r.o., will showcase its equipment for the first time at the prestigious Swiss exhibition Agrama, held from November 28 to December 2 in Bern. Four machines will be on display at the largest agricultural event in the region, including two disc mowers, a popular tedder with hook tines, and a versatile forage machine.

In Hall 14, Booth D03, visitors will find four machines from Strojírny Rožmitál s.r.o. on display between November 28 and December 2. These include the front disc mower SC-301R with a rubber roller conditioner, the rear-mounted disc mower SD-300, the six-rotor tedder OZ-676H with innovative hook tines, and the multi-functional machine SP4-152, capable of both raking and tedding forage.

SC-301R Front Disc Mower

The SC-301R is a front disc mower with a working width of 3.01 meters, equipped with a rubber roller conditioner. Its robust design makes it ideal for demanding conditions. The double-sided mounting of the cutter bar forms a rigid unit with the frame, contributing to excellent cutting quality. The bar’s floatation is managed by coil springs, and the machine is equipped with an overload friction clutch on the PTO shaft. Operators can easily lift the upper non-driven roller conditioner to allow the forage to pass freely through the machine when needed.

SD-300 Rear-Mounted Disc Mower

The rear-mounted disc mower SD-300 offers a working width of 2.98 meters. Its center-of-gravity suspension ensures excellent terrain following. The cutter bar, developed and manufactured by ROZMITAL, features seven discs with two quick-attach blades each, delivering high cutting precision. The machine’s hydro-pneumatic suspension allows operators to adjust it to the ideal floating position using a pressure gauge. Standard features include an overload friction clutch, collision safety protection, and more.

OZ-676H Six-Rotor Tedder

Representing the tedder category is the popular OZ-676H, with a working width of 6.7 meters. It features a hydraulically folding design that automatically locks in the transport position. The rotor diameter is 1.36 meters, each fitted with six arms. The tedder’s hydraulically adjustable forage discharge direction is particularly appreciated when working along field edges. Known for its excellent terrain following, this feature can be further enhanced with an optional terrain-following wheel.

The OZ-676H displayed at the exhibition will feature hook tines, whose curved design improves forage spreading and fluffing, reduces the risk of soil contamination, and minimizes tine damage. Additionally, each hook tine can be manually adjusted to control the forage spread behind the machine. Hook tines are optional for the OZ-676H, as well as models OZ-454, OZ-676, and OZ-908.

SP4-152 Universal Tedder and Rake

Completing the exhibition lineup is the SP4-152, a dual-purpose machine ideal for smaller farms, with a tedding width of 3.5 meters and a raking width of 3.2 meters. Switching between tedding and raking is as simple as rotating the rotor tines and repositioning the raking walls. When stationary, the tines point upwards, and they only engage during operation thanks to centrifugal force.
